GP SURGERIES Outreach

GP Surgeries Outreach Advice Project

Wandsworth Citizens Advice Bureaux will conduct free, confidential and independent initial advice sessions for patients and staff at Brocklebank Health Centre and St.Paul’s Cottage Practice.

Our advice helps with problems such as:

·         Resolving debt

·         Benefits

·         Housing

·         Legal

·         Discrimination

·         Employment

·         Immigration

·       Consumer and other problems

Our service is available to everyone regardless of race, gender, sexuality, age, nationality, disability or religion.

 Outreach Advice Sessions

We are at Brocklebank Health Centre, 249 Garratt Lane, London SW18 4DU

·        Every Wednesday 10.00am – 12.30pm.

·        This will be by face-to-face appointments for patients and staff from 10.00am – 12.00pm.

·        A drop-in basis up to a maximum of 2 patients needing emergency advice, on Wednesdays between 12.00pm – 12.30pm.

We are at St Paul's Cottage Practice, 114 Augustus Road, London SW19 6EW:

·        Fortnightly, every other Tuesday from 10.00am – 12.30pm.

·        This will be by face -to-face appointments for patients and staff from 10.00am – 12.00pm  

·        A drop-in basis up to a maximum of 2 patients needing emergency advice, on the day referred to above, between 12.00pm – 12.30pm.
