There seems to be a bewildering array of quality assurance schemes, measuring the performance of agencies such as Citizens Advice Bureaux. |

It is however important, both for our clients and our funders, to know that the service that we provide will be of a high standard. |
| The two quality assurance schemes that WCABx applied for are membership of National Association of Citizens Advice Bureaux (CitA) and the Legal Services Commission Quality Mark. |
|
Both these organisations carried out audits of all our offices. This involved inspecting our casework, and looking at all our procedures including financial, management, governance and employment practices. |
|
We were a member of NACAB and specialist Quality Marks for Debt and Welfare Benefits casework. |
| We are committed to maintaining these high standards, and to continuously assess the quality of advice that we provide to the residents of Wandsworth. |
